Learn to cook a 5-course meal assisted by our chef, Laurent Baldini.  Take a morning tour of the local market with Laurent to discover our local products and spices.  Upon your return, you can learn to prepare and cook traditional dishes which you can then enjoy at our poolside restaurant.

•  Gourmet French Dinner: USD$35/pers

Allow Laurent to surprise you with an improvised Gourmet Menu that he will prepare combining his French culinary background with local produces and spices.  Each dish will be created on the spot and personally introduced to you so that you can understand the full taste of it.
